Kaytha Bragg, MS, LPC, NCC, LCDC

Kaytha is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma, addiction recovery, and co-occurring mental health disorders. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio and brings years of experience walking alongside individuals navigating life transitions, relational challenges, and nervous system overwhelm.

Her approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), family systems, and psychodynamic perspectives. Kaytha practices from a holistic framework that honors the connection between mind and body, recognizing that meaningful healing involves both insight and embodied safety.

As a trauma-trained clinician, she incorporates EMDR (including trauma and chronic pain protocols), somatic-based interventions, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting change. Her work focuses on helping clients cultivate internal safety — the space between trigger and response — where greater clarity, choice, and self-trust can develop.

Kaytha believes you are the expert of your own life. Her role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to reconnect with your inner wisdom and move toward healing in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.
