“Healing is not about fixing yourself, it’s about reclaiming yourself”.
In my own journey of healing I have found the importance of creating the internal safety that is between the trigger and the response and it is my hope to help others foster this space within themselves.

My name is Kaytha Bragg and I am an LPC-Associate as well as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I am a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have spent multiple years in the specialty of addiction therapy with co-occurring mental health disorders and trauma specialized treatment. During my tenure in this field I have learned to work from a person centered lens and am passionate about working with a diverse set of clientele. I welcome clients of all ages and from all walks of life.

It is my belief that you, as the client, are the expert of your own life and that my role in the therapeutic relationship is to support you in tapping into this internal wisdom and creating a space of safety within yourself.

My theoretical approach to therapy comes from a variety of therapeutic modalities and draws heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. I am a trauma trained clinician and use modalities such as Somatic Therapy practices, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR) Therapy, to include trauma protocols, chronic pain protocols and grounding protocols.

I am honored to walk alongside you in your path to healing and peace.
