Hi y’all! I am a graduate student completing a dual-licensure track in professional counseling and marriage and family therapy. As a third-generation Texan, I’m a country girl at heart who specializes in identifying negative patterns and helping transform them into strengths. Talking with me feels like talking to an old friend; I believe everyone has a story that deserves to be heard with compassion and without judgment.
In my first career as a journalist, I spent years documenting the facts of people's lives. Now, I focus on the heart of the matter. I work with clients across all seasons of life, from pre-teens building their self-esteem to seniors navigating the transitions of later life, and everything in between. I understand the unique rhythm and stressors of rural living, and I am dedicated to helping you navigate challenges like addiction, infidelity, or personal conflict. My goal is to help you rewrite your narrative, proving that healing is possible at any developmental stage.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll find me on my farm in Lometa, tending to my many animals and enjoying life on the land with my husband of thirty years.
